Refund Policy

PixelFree Studio, Inc., operating under the product names of NinjaScan and Ninja Scan ("NinjaScan," "us," "we," or "our"), offers software subscriptions under specific terms regarding payment, cancellations, and refunds. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
Subscription Terms:
All subscriptions sold via our website or directly through our company are annual subscriptions, even if payments on that annual subscription are made on a monthly basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to fulfill the entire subscription term and its associated payment obligations.
No Early Cancellations:
Subscriptions may not be cancelled prior to the completion of the subscription period. Once a subscription is purchased, the user is committed to the full duration and cost of the subscription, regardless of billing frequency.
If you choose not to renew your subscription for another term, you may opt out of automatic renewal by notifying us before the end of your current subscription period.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are not generally provided. However, NinjaScan may review requests on a case-by-case basis, and at its sole but reasonable discretion, approve a refund request under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Duplicate charges or accidental overpayment.
- Technical issues preventing the use of the software that cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Other exceptional circumstances, as determined by NinjaScan.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle.
- Partial use of the subscription period.
- Lack of use or inactivity.
Refund Processing Time:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of agreement to refund such funds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions:
If a chargeback or disputed transaction is initiated with your payment provider without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to suspend your account and take necessary action to recover outstanding amounts.
